The multifield regulation on resistance of PbPd0.9Co0.1O2/PMN-PT(001) laminate film

Spin gapless semiconductor (SGS) presents abundant electric and magnetic properties is highly sensitive to external factors, such as current, field, stress. This paper reports on a PbPd0.9Co0.1O2/PMNPT(001) laminate thin film with the “SGS/ferroelectrics” structure, which exhibits significant current-induced resistance (I-ER) effect. More importantly, colossal static electric-field-induced (E-ER) effect in was observed for first time. The introduction of lattice defects (Pb vacancies) induces local electron spin ordering state, ferroelectric polarization field explain excellent physical properties. reported composite promising application potential spintronic devices, sensor units, storage systems, other low-energy electronic device fields. work proposes an alternative way investigate novel semiconductors expand research fields multi-field modulation magnetoelectric composites.
